PolyDeCastri is a modern industrial company implementing a large—scale project to create a
new generation oil refining and petrochemical complex in the Khabarovsk Territory, on the
territory of the village of De-Kastri.
We are forming an innovative production ecosystem combining deep
oil refining, petrochemical production, logistics development and export directions.
WHAT ARE WE DOING
WE PRODUCE HIGH-QUALITY OIL PRODUCTS
Our plant produces a wide range of products:
— high-octane gasoline and Euro-6 diesel fuel;
— aviation kerosene;
— naphtha, propane, butane, and other hydrocarbon fractions;
— petrochemical raw materials for the production of polymers, fertilizers, plastics, and composite materials.
Thanks to the introduction of advanced recycling technologies and environmental standards,
the company's products meet global requirements and are in demand on both the domestic and international
markets.
DEVELOPING THE REGION'S INDUSTRIAL INFRASTRUCTURE
The project includes the construction of production facilities, energy supply systems, wastewater treatment facilities,
warehouse complexes, and in-house logistics.
The proximity to the De-Kastri seaport provides access to the markets of the Asia-Pacific region, making
the enterprise one of the key export hubs in the Russian Far East.
CREATING A SUSTAINABLE FUTURE
We develop business based on the principles of environmental responsibility, innovation and social significance.
The project implements a complex of environmental protection measures, introduces closed cycles
of water use, systems of emission filtration and waste disposal.
