The site for the construction of an oil refining and
petrochemical complex is located near the village of De-Kastri,
on the coast of the Tatar Strait. This allows for the efficient
use of the existing port infrastructure for the export of
petroleum products and chemical products to countries in the
Asia-Pacific region (China, the Republic of Korea,
Japan, etc.).
The proximity to the De-Kastri seaport and the region's well-developed transport network
provide convenient logistics for the supply of raw materials and
the shipment of finished products.
Khabarovsk Krai is one of the key industrial centers
in the Far East, where large-scale projects are being implemented to develop
the oil and gas, transport, and energy infrastructure.
